The Moroccan Oil range of shampoo, conditioner and oil has worked wonders in restoring my hairs texture and shine without weighing it down like some products that are targeted specifically for adding moisture. The Shampoo and conditioner infuse the hair with argon oil whilst leaving it soft and full of body, ready to be styled. I have been much more aware this year of using products that contain no sulphates and parabens so the fact that these don't is a big plus. After I wash my hair with the shampoo and conditioner, ill brush and towel dry it gently and apply the oil mainly focusing on the ends of my hair. I can instantly feel the difference the Moroccan oil makes and did I mention it is the best smelling hair product I've come across?! My little miracle worker. I have done a full review on the Shampoo and conditioner if you wanted to read more.
The Dove hair therapy 'Leave in conditioner' was a late in the year purchase but I have gone through 2 and am on my third bottle already so it had to be featured. I discovered this on a whim whilst looking through the aisles of Boots as you do and gave it a whirl, its often on offer so keep an eye out. It is completely weightless and has never left my hair feeling greasy or slick no matter how much I spray in, even when I get carried away! It can be used on wet or dry hair although I only tend to use it when my hair is wet. As well as adding moisture I have found its best use has been as a detangling spray for my tangled, knotty hair. It comes as two liquids sitting on top of each other so just make sure you give it a shake beforehand to mix the two together and spray away.
In terms of styling, Batiste XXL has been my go to, most reached for product. It instantly gives me thicker feeling, voluminous, bouncy hair whilst removing any excess oil. I'm never without a bottle somewhere. I usually wash my hair everyday especially if I'm going out or to work so I of don't use it as a dry shampoo as such but more to add volume. I find the XXL version works much better than the regular versions for volume but if its a dry shampoo you are after the regular versions are what you want. I tend to spray a little into my roots underneath the top section and rub it in to make sure any white residue you can sometime get has gone. I've found it works much better by applying a little amount first and adding more if you need it.
I struggled with whether to include my tangle teaser here or not having had such a love, hate relationship with it this past year. I did include it in the end seeing as used it everyday and there was a lot more love than hate overall. Getting a brush through my hair (especially when I'm in a rush) has never been easy until the release of the tangle teaser. It's plastic bristles make it nearly impossible to snag my hair and seem to run through it much more easily than a brush. My hate? The tangle teaser does glide through my hair but sometimes just the top. That's fine when I'm in a rush but after a week of doing just that the underneath does become a knotted mess and need some serious TLC. As long as I take my time and section my hair to brush it it works great and certainly better than anything else I've tried just take note if you have thick hair!
I haven't heard much about the shampoo and conditioner by moroccan oil so I'm glad you included it + to hear you like it so well! I'm also interested in the tangle teaser! My hair has been insanely difficult to brush out lately-- I desperately need a trim-- but it sounds like something like might help out a bit!

I love the XXL dry shampoo as well, it' so good. I adore my tangle teezer but I wish I had picked up this sparkly one, I got the pink one and it's boring haha. Great favourites! The Moroccanoil products sound great.

Lately I have been looking for a dry shampoo; I heard a lot of positive reviews about the Batiste ones, and if this one gives you extra volume, I am definitely going to try it out because my top hair section always ends up flat! Thanks for the post :)
